Continuing on our theme of Transformation, in our second episode, we talk with Anthony Marshall, WEB 3.0 evangelist and an entertainment and music industry business leader with 20+ years of experience, who co-founded the Lyricist Lounge, featuring artists such as Sean “Diddy” Combs, Notorious B.I.G., Mos Def, Eminem, 50 Cent, Talib Kweli, Slick Rick, Q-Tip, Common, The Roots, and the Blac. As Anthony launches his own DAO, we discuss how technology is transforming the music industry, the role of fans in the process and what it takes to be in the music industry.

What I personally found inspiring about Anthony was his humility in an industry that's infested with inflated egos. His humility went beyond his demeanour; even though he is a leader in his field, he is always expanding his knowledge and seeking new paths of improvement, growth and expression, both on personal and professional levels. It was very refreshing to witness this, firsthand.
